Unable to download the Digital Copy of my movies because I "Need to upgrade security components of Windows Media Player"
I need some help and Microsoft so far has not been helpful in the slightest. When I buy movies these days, I almost always buy the BD/DVD/Digital Copy option because I like having the movies on my computer. Anyway, the first few I downloaded, I did through iTunes, but I found I would much prefer the Windows Media format instead. So I tried to download the next one in the Windos Media format and I got the following message; You must upgrade security components of Windows Media Player so you can play protected files on your computer. To upgrade please follow the instructions below: Step 1: Click here to get the security upgrade. Step 2: After the upgrade is complete click the "Next" button below. When I click on that link, it brings me to an upgrade page and tells me to click the 'Upgrade' button. However, the upgrade button is greyed out and doesn't work. I am becoming increasing upset over this. I would really appreciate someone from Microsoft replying to me and letting me know how I can fix this.
